Returns

Our company has a 14-day policy. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange once 14 days have gone by since your purchase.

We offer 100% money back guarantee on all items excluding products on sales. Our refund policy would change because we work with bigger suppliers for specific products that are currently on sale. 

We have an hour grace period for sale items, in which you are eligible to make changes or cancel your order. Please be advised that if a refund is possible, you may be required to cover a 10% service fee. This is caused by the fact that products on sale usually have a higher demand, therefore we need to send invoices on a daily basis to ensure that our packages will be delivered in the expected time. If your order has already been confirmed with the warehouse and is ready to be processed, then we are unable to help you on our end. If this the case, then you will need to contact the shipping carrier once you receive your confirmation email with the tracking number to make changes to your order.

Please note that as we are a medium that works with international wholesalers, it is difficult for us to take control of the package once it has already been shipped out.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@easeable.com

Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at contact@easeable.com and we will send you a form with further steps on how to proceed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
