Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do international shipping but certain products have shipping restrictions to certain countries.

When will my order ship?

Why have I not received my tracking number?

On average, your order will take 2-4 business days to be processed and shipped. During this time, you will receive a confirmation email with the details regarding your order, which includes your tracking number.

Do I have to pay tariffs or custom tax with my order?

As our company is based in Canada, we collect and pay no sales tax on all of our order from US customers.

What if I want to return a product?
